The Jackson County LRC Board of Directors has Asbestos Assessments in hand.  The 2025 Bid Specs are below.

Bids for WHO Home Builds are due Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. and then read aloud at 3:45 p.m.

Bids for our Demolition Project are due Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. and then read aloud the following day at our regularly scheduled meeting at 10:30 a.m.

Additional Projects should be coming Due by the end of August.  Notice will be provided once they are finalized.
