The Jackson County LRC Board of Directors has contracted Asbestos Assessments.  When our assessment reports 

are returned, we will be bidding 27 project properties.

Bids for WHO Home Builds are due Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. and then read aloud at 3:45 p.m.

Bids for our Demolition Project are due Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 4:15 p.m. and then read aloud at 4:30 p.m.

Additional Projects should be coming Due by the end of July.  Notice will be provided once they are finalized.
